Return Policy

Return Policy
We are always more than willing to do anything to satisfy a customer.  We also try to make your purchase as easy as possible.  Our Customer Service Representatives will work with you to help you choose the correct product for your application.  Please understand that in most cases, our products are special order items that cannot be returned.  We recognize, that despite everyone's best efforts, sometimes a product will not perform as expected in a particular application.  If this happens, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the problem on a case by case basis.
 
Defective Products Policy
We are committed to providing products of the highest quality.  In the event that the customer believes that a product is defective or otherwise has not been manufactured according to the customer’s specifications, the following conditions apply:
  1. The customer must contact Winco Fluid Power, Inc. within 10 business days from the date of product receipt to file a defective products claim.
  2. Winco Fluid Power, Inc. may request that the item be returned and/or that digital photographs or other evidence of defect be provided.
  3. No returns will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Should Winco Fluid Power, Inc. request the return of the defective products, the customer will be issued the RMA to ship the product back to Winco.
  4. The RMA number must be clearly labeled on the outside of the shipping container, and/or a copy of the RMA must be included in the package.
  5. Defective products must be received by Winco Fluid Power, Inc. no later than 30 days from the date that the RMA number is issued.
  6. Defective products will be either replaced or repaired, at the discretion of Winco Fluid Power, Inc.
  7. Original shipping charges will not be refunded; however, shipping charges will not be charged to the customer for replacement or repaired products.
Refunds
All refunds will be processed in the form of a Store Credit.  No cash refunds will be issued.

Ordering Online with us is safe and secure!  We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information.  This online system is 100% secure.  We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site.
