These engineering services include: product development support, product conformance inspection, reverse/re-engineering and product improvement. Our design engineering staff has the skill to design and develop new products to meet a customer's needs as well as designing test fixtures to facilitate customer product testing.

Custom Sub-assemblies

                         
Many customers have the ability to assemble components procured from a variety of sources. This process is potentially time consuming and sometimes inefficient. Winco Fluid Power specializes in providing cost reduction solutions by engineering an array of pneumatic, electrical and hydraulic components and manufacturing a pre-packaged sub-assembly. Specially designed test fixtures can be used to insure sub-assemblies operate to customer specifications. This value-added service results in significantly improved productivity due to improved assembly quality and reduced assembly time.

Hydraulic Hose Assemblies made on-site

            
We provide quality, precision-engineered custom industrial hose assemblies and adaptors. Most industry common hoses and fittings are available from stock. We generally stock hose assemblies that meet global SAE performance standards, including 100R1AT, 100R2AT, 100R16 and 100R17. We also stock JIC, NPT and SAE adaptors to meet any need.

Pneumatic & Hydraulic Field Service & Repairs
We provide repair for virtually any hydraulic component, including pumps, motors, servo valves, actuators and cylinders. We serve all industries, large or small. Regardless of what equipment you operate - the Winco Fluid Power team can provide solutions to handle all your pneumatic and hydraulic needs!

Custom Packaging
We provide special labeling including barcodes, boxes and internal packaging to meet the identification and product protection needs of our customers.

In-house Stocking Programs and Integrated Supply
The goal of our in-house stocking programs and integrated supply is to assist your company to better manage (reduce) inventory levels, prevent shortages, simplify purchasing functions, streamline receiving functions, provide JIT delivery and to provide you with an overall reduction in your total cost.
